White Tara, also known as the buddha mother of increasing life expectancy，is one of the twenty-one incarnations of the arya Taras. Practicing the white Tara method can eliminate the causes of diseases and disasters, increase life expectancy and blessings, cut off the root of samsara, and avoid the plague of demonic obstacles, whatever you ask for will be answered. According to legend, White Tara is the tear of Arya Avalokiteshvara's left eye, because the Buddha mother has seven eyes on the face, hands and feet, it is also called the seven-eyed Buddha mother. The eye on her forehead is looking at the immeasurable Buddha's land in ten directions, the remaining six eyes looking at the six realms of sentient beings. Princess Chizun of Nepal is the incarnation of White Tara. White Tara is white all around, keeping far away from all dirt, her black hair is tied up and her face is dignified and kind. The right hand is placed in the “seal of wishes,” the left hand is placed in front of the chest in a fearless seal, holding the Ubala flower and the flower stem is curved to the ear. Wearing a flower crown and a five-colored heavenly silk dress, with a bare chest and jewelries covering her full body, white Tara sits on a lotus seat onsumitomo base. The three corollas of the Ubrana flower are withered, opening and budding, alluding to the three Buddhas, the buddhas of the past, the present and the future.
